Una propuesta dirigida a responsables pol\u00edticos y t\u00e9cnicos de cultura para ofrecer recursos y metodolog\u00edas aplicables, con la finalidad de rentabilizar los recursos culturales y la participaci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda en el hecho cultural.<\/p>\n<p>Ayer, 12 de septiembre, nos desplazamos hasta la localidad de Talarrubias para implementar el primer Consejo Local de Cultura enmarcado en #RedMara\u00f1a23, donde asistieron entidades, colectivos, asociaciones e instituciones de la localidad.
